The paying organizer selects one.
The person booking and paying chooses one item from that selection before the event. That choice determines the single item Debra will demonstrate.
Debra demonstrates your selection.
Debra prepares and demonstrates that one chosen item for an audience of up to 60 people at one location. She also brings her cookbooks for purchase and signing.
One selection.
A shared experience.
The demonstration fee is $500 per event, including ingredients and food for attendees for the selected item. Email Debra with your preferred date, location, and expected attendance. She will discuss her available demonstration choices and confirm the selected item and event arrangements with the person booking and paying.
The person booking and paying chooses the item in advance. Ingredients and attendee food for that demonstration are included in the $500 fee; there is no separate food charge for the standard event.
Cookbook purchases
& book signing.
Spend a little time with the books and the person behind them. Debra brings her cookbooks to the event, giving attendees an opportunity to purchase a copy and have it signed.
Cookbooks are available for separate purchase at $10 each. Shipping for mailed orders is additional and confirmed by email. If you would like to discuss a standalone book signing, contact Debra about the arrangements.

Looking for a private demonstration or a private cooking event? These are arranged separately from the standard shared demonstration.
Email Debra with your ideas, preferred date, location, and expected attendance. She will contact you to discuss the details, availability, and a separate price. The standard $500 demonstration fee does not set the price for a private event.
